Soprano Nicole Percifield began her professional career as a Resident Artist with the Minnesota Opera where she appeared as the Page in the company’s production of Salome and as Siebel in Faust. She portrayed Jo March in the European premiere of Marc Adamo’s Little Women (Bruges, Belgium) and has sung Vitellia in Mozart’s La Clemenza di Tito (Sulmona, Italy). Later this year she will be singing the role of Suor Angelica with the New Haven Symphony.

Percifield has been featured in concert performances with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, performing D. Scarlatti’s Salve Regina and Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater.  She has also performed with the Minnesota Orchestra.

Originally from Alberta, Canada, Nicole Percifield has worked as a young artist with Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Santa Fe Opera, Central City Opera, Banff Opera Theatre, and the International Institute of Vocal Arts. Percifield received her B.Mus from the New England Conservatory, M.Mus from the Manhattan School of Music. She was a finalist in the 2013 Metropolitan Opera Auditions New England Region.
